Actionair Systempac Fan coil unit / acoustic flex / diffuser system package Actionair Hydropac horizontal ceiling void mounted type fan coils are waterside control, suitable for operation against moderate duct resistances, using chilled water cooling medium and low pressure hot water. Temperature control is by means of modulating 4 – port diverting valves on heating and cooling, operated via stand alone temperature controller. For more information including dimensional and installation data please view the 8 page Systempac Catalogue   Construction Catalogue Fan Coil Unit Waterside Control 230mm deep horizontal draw through chassis type Fan Coil Units. Chassis constructed from 1.2mm galvanised sheet steel, with 1.6mm fan deck and back plates. The flush external finish prevents exposure to bare edges and incorporates recessed, reinforced slotted mounting points for ease of installation. Access to fans/motors is via an insulated bottom panel with keyslots for accurate positioning and easy removal.   (View Catalogue) All Catalogues   A package from both Actionair and Air Diffusion Specification Chassis Manufactured from 1.2mm galvanised sheet steel with 1.6mm fan decks and back plates. The chassis shall incorporate recessed, slotted mounting points for drop-rods. An integral acoustically lined discharge plenum fitted with spun steel spigots and insulated blanking plates. Access Access to fans shall be via an insulated bottom panel with keyhole slots. Insulation 100Kg/m3 density, class ‘O’ CFC and HFC free open cell foam shall be utilised for both thermal acoustic insulation. Fans/Motors Fan/motor shall be permanent split capacitor external rotor ,forward curved centrifugal type, with high efficiency, low noise multiblade galvanised sheet steel impellers. Electrical supply shall be 230V 1ph 50Hz. Speed Control Speed control shall be by means of a multi-tapped transformer giving eleven settings. A panel mounted three speed switch with additional Fine adjustment. On/off control to fans shall be by means of a panel mounted illuminated two position switch. Coils Coil matrix blocks shall be copper with aluminium fins. Fitted with vents and drains as standard Condensate Tray Condensate trays shall be synthetically treated, galvanised sheet steel, foam insulated. A positive fall to drain shall be provided with 3/4" B.S.P. female bottom connection. Filters Filters shall be washable EU3, continuous filament media. Acoustic Flex 1 metre of 200mm diameter Sonodec25 acoustic flexible ducting is supplied for each outlet spigot. Sonodec25 is insulated both acoustically and thermally with 25mm fibreglass. Two 'Zip tie' clips are supplied for each discharge duct. Diffusers Linear Slot Diffusers (LS) The 3 slot linear diffuser are fully adjustable giving both horizontal and vertical projection. Manufactured from extruded aluminium and come with RAL9010 eggshell White powder coat frames Each diffuser is 1195mm x 179mm. Louvred-Faced (LF) Diffusers The louvred-faced diffusers are manufactured from extruded aluminium profiles with a 4 way removable core. All diffusers are finished in RAL9010 Eggshell White power coat. The square diffuser is 373mm x 373mm overall or an optional 595mm x 595mm overall diffuser can be ordered Plenum Box Each diffuser is supplied with a galvanised sheet steel plenum box, complete with 198mm diameter side entry spigot and cord operated damper. .
