Spares Lists
Life Cycle Costings.
The attached sheets indicate our recommended lists of parts that
should be held in stock to cover a 2 year operating period (shown
as a percentage of total numbers of dampers, actuators or products
supplied).
We currently estimate the Life Expectancy of the Product to be in
excess of 15 Years and would therefore, generally have parts available
to either service the relevant product, or would offer an alternative,
or offer a repair service.
You can either use the 2 year formula suggested in paragraph one
above and multiply this out for the number of years required, or review
spares stock on a two yearly basis.
Note: Parts quoted specific to product types, not actual orders.
In addition to these requirements we would also recommend a routine
cleaning and testing of damper closure/operation.
